AI 2nd Line provides a secondary phone number with an AI assistant that can answer, screen, and place calls and send texts on your behalf. Phone numbers are leased from carriers and remain subject to carrier rules; a released number cannot be recovered.
Plans are billed through your Apple ID and renew monthly until cancelled in your device settings. Plans include a monthly allowance of AI talk-time minutes; when it's exhausted, AI answering degrades to voicemail until renewal or a minute top-up. Purchased top-up minutes roll over while your subscription is active.
No unlawful use: no spam, robocalling, harassment, fraud, or impersonation; no use that violates telemarketing or recording laws. We may suspend accounts for abuse.
The assistant is AI and can make mistakes — verify important information it relays. You're responsible for instructions you give it and for messages/calls it makes at your direction.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EString Software Corporation's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months. Not a replacement for emergency services — 911 support on VoIP lines is limited.
